Das wird nicht festgestellt, das heißt es wird kein Röntgenbild vor und nach dem Aufenthalt gemacht. Die tatsächliche Verbesseung 6 Wochen nach der Reha dürfte auch so gering sein, dass sie im Rahmen der Messungenauigkeit auf dem Röntgenbild gar nicht feststellbar ist.
Bleibende auf dem Röntgenbild deutlich sichtbare Verbesseungen ohne gleichzeitige Korsett-Therapie gibt es bei Schroth nur bei Kindern mit kleinen Gradzahlen und das über einen Trainingszeitraum von vielen Jahren hinweg.
Ansonsten ist Schroth hauptsächlich dazu da, Verschlechterungen und Schmerzen zu verhindern.

First of all, I was there, from the age of 13 to 18, every year 6 weeks. I know the program very well. I also was a patient of Dr. Weiß.
I don't know where you have read about such a result, but I have read almost every publication coming from this clinic, and there is no where near anything like this published anywhere.
In all this time I was in this clinic, I haven't seen anything like this amongst the other patients. It seems even delusional to believe such a thing would ever be possible merely based on the strength of Schroth-trained muscles within a realistic time of training.
The clinic doesn't claim to be capable of doing such a thing. Schroth alone without bracing during the day is indicated only up to 20 - 25 degrees. This is what they recommend; and full day bracing starting from 20 - 25 degrees.
And also, in general there are not even taken x-rays before and after, to document the Schroth therapie's effect. It is not being done because one doesn't expect a significant change to be seen on an x-ray.
